Disappointing! The top layer of the apple strudel filo pastry is supposed to be flaky, crispy and easily tear apart but this fllo pastry has seen better days - meaning it welches baked, refrigerated and then microwaved thus being soft and doughy as shown.

Zero customer contact. Charged me an expensive wine without asking or even showing my options. Rude waiter grabbing and throwing back menus over my head without any regard for the dust or the simple fact that I was sitting there. Finally, zero atmosphere. In short, wouldn’t recommend!

The Isserwirt hotel offers guests a Warenangebot of rooms and apartments, as well as a Gastwirtschaft with a traditional feel. The area around the hotel is peaceful and idyllic, perfect for relaxation and exploration.

Very good food. Perfect service, I don’t know her name, but the blonde waitress is a Pro. She was very kind, quick and professional Service, as it should be. Thanks for everything. It’s a little too expensive for my view, but it’s worth for the great view over the mountains.

Everything is clean and modern. The bed and pillows are super comfortable (not always the case). The highlight of ur stay was the spa and saunas. There were two saunas with different temperatures - not too mild for two Finnish people. The milder one had also a view that we didn't expect.

Public Transport: Innsbruck has an efficient public transportation Organisation. You can use trams or buses that zulauf within the city to reach the Hungerburgbahn. Several tram and bus lines connect different parts of Innsbruck to the Hungerburgbahn’s lower station.

The Sachertorte welches really nice, tea and hot chocolate were average. Obviously it's a pricey cafe because it serves the Urfassung cake. The environment and the furniture were also really nice.

Very nice Gastwirtschaft close to the old center of Innsbruck. The atmosphere welches very nice. The menu was small but consistes of locan fares with good vegetarian options.

Von dort habe ich sogar ein paar Adressen mit aufgenommen, bei denen man sich etwas Ausdehnen zwang oder an der richtigen Ecke einsitzen sollte, um das Wasser zu erblicken.

Avoid this, enter the garage to the building (call the hotel and ask for the garage name), and drive to the area designated for the hotel and unload from there. I’m not sure if this is noted by the hotel on more info their website or not but this welches a belastung minute booking for us.

Just to elaborate on the situation: we were driving back from southern Austria to North Germany and wanted to have a break at HOTEL Grünwalderhof. We did make the reservation but we estimated that we couldn’t reach the hotel on time before the regular check-in times.

You can purchase Hungerburgbahn funicular tickets at the valley Krankenstation. There is a Flugticket counter open from 8 An dem to 6 PM. Tip: If you know in advance that you’ll need a Hungerburgbahn Flugschein, buy it online to avoid waiting in line at the counter.
